Nikkei Shimbun and multiple medias introduced the conclusion of business alliance among three AI startups aiming at co-development of COVID-19 Solutions. Through the alliance, we aim to support retailers and the front-line employees who are facing heavier burden amid COVID-19 pandemic with our cutting-edge AI solutions, such as AI’s congestion status detection to alert customer or limit number of customer in store, and customer complaint detection caused by shortage of masks, etc. to handle customer harassment.
