BUILD features office space in Shin Tokyo Building “Shin Tokyo Building”, where AWL’s Headquarters is located and has multi-purpose spaces, café and lounge as common facilities.
AWL awarded "MITSUBISHI ESTATE, Co., Ltd. Accelerator Program 2019", the program that MITSUBISHI ESTATE offers startup companies management resources such as fund, technology, and sales routes, etc.. Under the program, Mitsubishi Estate and AWL have begun to discuss collaboration on new office solutions needed during / after COVID-19 pandemic. AWL has already started conducting PoC on AI thermal camera in the building. Also, AWL will conduct AI camera solution experiment to visualize crowd status in the smoking room.
