AI TOKYO LAB Co., Ltd. transfers all shares of a new company to be established through company split to Cocon Inc.
~ AWL , Inc. Concentrates Management Resources on Retail SaaS Business ~

AI TOKYO LAB Co., Ltd. (* 1), which is a group company of Satsudora Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE: Securities Code: 3544 / Headquarters: Sapporo City, Hokkaido / President and CEO: Hiroki Toyama, hereinafter referred to as “Satsudora HD”) Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director and President: Muneharu Kitade, hereinafter referred to as “the company”) is a new company that establishes an AI contract development business and an AI human resource development business through a company split in order to concentrate management resources on the development of AI solutions. We have announced that we have agreed to transfer all shares of the new company to COCON Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President & CEO: Yuya Kuratomi, hereinafter referred to as “Cocon”).

(* 1) At our board of directors meeting held on January 23, 2019, we resolved to change the trade name to “ AWL, Inc.” and approved at our extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on January 31, 2019 (this The effective date of the company name change is February 28, 2019, and on the same day, the new company will succeed the company name of “AI TOKYO LAB Co., Ltd.”.
