On January 18, a seminar “Let’s learn workplace culture in Japan” was held for AWL’s 14 non-Japanese engineers who have joined AWL in 2020 and potential recruits for 2021 by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Pasona Inc.. The seminar covered a wide range of topics such as business manner (how to exchange business card, the order of precedence), the usage of honorific language and humble language, business e-mail, Japanese corporate culture and form of employment. <\/p>\n
